If you are wholesaling or looking to buy a specific property to fix and flip, you know that accuracy in determining the ARV (After Repair Value) is very important. You could turn to Zillow or Trulia, but the figures will never be as accurate as a Comparative Market Analysis run from the regional MRIS by an experienced real estate agent. So let us provide you with the data you need to make wise decisions. All research will be done by Doug Kenny, an Associate Broker with RE/Max Pros of Germantown, MD. Doug has over 20 years of experience listing and selling residential property in Maryland, as well as experience as a licensed residential appraiser. Most of his clients have been investors who both hold property for rentals, and who buy, rehab and sell. Please note: A CMA is a report, but it is NOT an appraisal. It is meant to give you the information you need to make your own determination of value. Doug will be glad to discuss the report results and help you come to a decision about value, but he cannot certify any given value for your subject property without having visited it and obtained more information about it.
Our Standard CMA Report for a subject property address that you give us will include a list, in chart form, showing the comparable properties, a "4-Up" Report (a corresponding set of exterior pictures with a brief description of each property on the CMA), plus free consultation with the agent. You also have the option to receive Interior Pictures of each comparable property. Read the Product Description on the Order page for more information.
If you have more than one subject property, please place each CMA order separately into the Cart.
